We only consider return requests for products that are delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective. Return will be accepted within 2 days after you receive your product. We would need clear pictures, either sent to us on mail or WhatsApp to raise a ticket regarding this and refund will be initiated within 3 to 4 working days.

We strive to deliver our products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible, Usually takes 7-10 days to deliver your order pan India. If this is your first order with Kimaya Essence, you will get a discount. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 250* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A particular shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 250
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Kimaya Essence Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.
